Either of those documents will suffice.  Alternately, you could send Articles of Incorporation, a copy of your business license, or a utility bill in your company’s name.

Will you be sending any info to us in the mail? 

Typically, no.  Our primary means of contacting our clients is via e-mail.

What are the terms of the credit line? 

The terms of the credit line are for all purchases, up to your credit limit, you will be required to place a 30% deposit to begin the project.  Once the project is complete you will have NET30 terms to pay off the balance of your project.  If a project takes longer than six months to complete, you would be required (at the six month mark) to pay the balance for that project.
There are no finance charges for the NET30 terms, although accounts which go past due may be subject to additional fees.
You can have multiple projects with different balance dates at one time, so long as the combined balance does not exceed your credit limit.

If we use $500.00, what's my payment and how often?  ($500.00 due ASAP, or spread out monthly, etc?) 

If you used $500 of your credit line to start a project, you would owe $150 to begin the project.  Once the project was completed you would have 30 days to pay off the remaining $350.  If your project wasn’t completed within six months, you would be required, at the six month mark, to pay the balance for that project.

Does the credit line go away after a period of inactivity? 

At this time we do not cancel lines of credit due to inactivity.  This might change in the future.

I noticed that you have Direct Marketing Lists - do they include email addresses as well?

Marketing lists include Name and Mailing addresses, Contact information is provided for records which include it.  For additional fees you can get Phone Numbers. 
If you wish to do an e-mail blast, you would provide the parameters for the list, the content for the e-mail, and your physical mailing address and we would send the e-mails out for you.  Due to anti-spam laws, we cannot, at this time, sell lists of e-mail addresses.
